Honestly, I didn’t think I could get back to this blog. You know when life derails you and you take this wandering path and something weird brings you back to where you started...that’s me. All the time.
Would you believe that I’m doing creative things on the almost daily again? Ironically, whenever things get stressful, my answer is always to do something creative to exhaust my energy. Previously, it was the 365 Day Craft Challenge. Now, it’s some online shops where I do some art.
I still cook all the time. Ok. I still cook some times. Other times I make frozen pizza. Really cheap frozen pizza. It’s delicious. I won’t apologize. But other times, I make paella. Or really good sloppy joes.
I can’t wait to share that recipe with you! It has a secret you will never believe.
Maybe you will believe it. But I feel like I stumbled on it and no one else has ever thought about it.
